SupportDesk collects the following data as part of its operation:
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed).
- Usage data: tickets, messages, feedback, satisfaction surveys.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, connection data.
- Customer data (widget): external ID, email, name — transmitted by the integrating application.
2. Use of Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide and improve the customer support service.
- Authenticate users and secure access.
- Generate anonymized usage statistics.
- Send service-related notifications (SLA alerts, ticket responses).
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. It may be shared with:
- Infrastructure hosting providers (servers, databases).
- Competent authorities, only upon legal request.
4. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens (JWT) have a limited lifetime.
5. Retention
Data is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
SupportDesk only uses technical cookies necessary for the service (authentication, session). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
